Collegium Musicum geeft regelmatig concerten. Elk semester wordt afgesloten met twee concerten, waarvan een in Leiden en een daarbuiten. Het kamerkoor geeft in juni een eigen slotconcert. Hierbij komen nog allerlei kleinere concerten en bijzondere concerten. Een volledig overzicht vindt u hieronder.
